Boilers Preventive Maintenance Program (BPMP) is proposed in order to prevent marine steam plant from failures and minimize maintenance cost. BPMP is developed by “NJOKO SERVIS d.o.o” to suite needs for steam plants of different types and sizes on fleet.
Concept of BPMP is complete maintenance of marine steam plants (not only boilers) including crew training and remote assistance on 24/7 basis during the entire duration of the agreement. For implementation of BPMP Following is proposed:
• Collect vessel history for steam plant with as much as possible details.
• Our engineers will evaluate received information and if required ask for more details.
• After receiving all necessary information, a proposal for maintenance will be provided to Superintendent Engineer.
• When all details are agreed, our engineer will travel to the vessel at the most convenient place and perform agreed inspection and maintenance.
• Upon engineer return, documentation will be prepared and submitted to Superintendent Engineer. Following documentation from BPMP agreement will be provided to costumers:
• Updated electrical drawings.
• Updated PI diagrams.
• Boiler performance evaluation.
• Entire plant evaluation.
• List of spare parts available on board.
• Recommendations from our side.
• NJOKO-SERVIS d.o.o is a company founded in 2016, by service engineers with many years of field service experience.
• We are specialized in engineering and field service of marine boilers (steam and TFO), burners and inert gas systems
